Michelle Collier is an experienced Senior Community Association Manager with over six years of experience in community management. Prior to joining the Access team her experience involved a combined 15+ years in customer service, sales & marketing roles, such as an Account Executive for AT&T, a Florida Realtor, in addition to being partner at a medical device corporation.
Michelle’s journey with Access began in 2013 when she was looking to grow with an organization which had mutual goals that aligned with her many talents. With her eagerness to succeed, she took an onsite position within Access at Sullivan Ranch in Mount Dora. During her time with Access, she has mentored several assistant mangers that have now moved on to manage their own communities. She has been an intricate part of transition/turnover for two communities for which Access is still managing. She has contributed immensely to enhancing internal processes that are still used throughout many Access communities.
Michelle’s devotion to community management is evident in the communities she manages. She focuses on the prominent issues that may present themselves and dismantles them, such as bringing the accounts receivable down $60,000 in one year at a community she recently managed. She is very well versed in contract negotiations, Florida Statutes, budgets and dealing directly with vendors. Her willingness to learn and execute is the forefront catalyst for Access’ success in many Associations.
Michelle’s positivity and ambition is amplified and engrossed by colleagues and clients alike. These characteristics make Michelle an essential team member, while accomplishing her professional goals or helping communities and members reach theirs.
